New Commercial Building, Broward Presidential Center, Breaks Ground in Plantation, Florida
Plantation, FL – April 23, 2024 – The Broward Presidential Center is proud to announce the groundbreaking of its latest professional Office Complex. Located at 201 S. State Rd 7, Plantation, FL 33317, the project is set to become a cornerstone of retail space in the city.
The Broward Presidential Center will feature a state-of-the-art one-story height structure, housing five commercial professional office spaces. The building promises to meet the highest standards of safety and accessibility, including being fully sprinklered for fire protection and ADA compliant.
Construction will also include the installation of an asphalt parking lot featuring a new stormwater drainage system equipped with exterior lighting to ensure patrons’ convenience and safety. Surrounding the building, newly landscaped areas will enhance the visual appeal, further complemented by an integrated irrigation system to maintain the vibrant greenery.
The groundbreaking ceremony was a memorable event, graced with esteemed guests. Notable attendees include CRA Administrator Glendon Hall, as well as Plantation City Councilmembers Tim Fadgen, Denise Horland, and Louis Reinstein. Danto Builders Owners Craig and Debbie Danto were also present, alongside Landowner and Developer David Besay. This turnout was demonstrative of the strong community support for this significant project.
